5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to courier services or unforeseen circumstances may occur.

  • Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon receipt of the product. Customers must inspect products at delivery and report issues according to our Return & Exchange Policy.

  • Due to hygiene reasons, returns and refunds are not allowed. Exchanges are permitted only for wrong, missing, or damaged items, subject to verification via unboxing video and photographs within 24 hours of delivery.
