2. Unboxing Video Requirement (Mandatory for Exchange)
To ensure authenticity and prevent fraudulent claims, all customers must record a clear unboxing video at the time of delivery. The video must show:

Any visible defects, damages, or discrepancies
Exchanges will not be processed without this video.
3. Eligible Exchange Conditions
Exchanges are permitted only under the following circumstances:
